Mehdi's B-day

Teagan tried her first bite of cheesecake

Christmas

Teagan wore her new dress that Mahin sent her with her initials in it. She played with her own Christmas tree and enjoyed the lights on the big tree.

I love this cute smile...showing off what we call her rabbit teeth.

Teagan got to ride on daddy's shoulder and she loved it.

Grandma Demlow got Teagan a blow-up "Thomas the Train" ball kit. Teagan had so much fun and we were happy to have a playpen that she could play in while we were out in Warrenton. Teagan "tasted" all the different colors to see which she liked the best.

Teagan loves to play with her hair while she is eating so we tried to capture her in action.

Keyvan got Wii for Christmas and we all had fun bowling.
Vanessa shows off her skills here

After her nap Teagan changed into her Christmas PJ's. Waldo came to give her a kiss, maybe he just came by to admire her tummy hanging out of her PJs.

Posing for a picture with mom before she headed back home.

"Three Dog Night" Craig shared the couch with Jada, Pepper and Waldo

Teagan lounging with Grandpa Max and Grandma Amy

Teagan was a party animal and while waiting for her to get tired, I fell asleep while cuddling with Jada.

Christmas Eve

For Christmas Eve we went to the Niak's in Maryland to celebrate the 3rd birthday of Tanya (Craig's youngest cousin). AK, Shareeh, Kevin and Katherine drove out from Michigan to visit for the holidays.

Tanya enjoyed opening her presents

and we all got to enjoy the wonderful cake

Katherine posed with the birthday girl

The Nassiri's were sweet enough to get Teagan a bilingual drum for Christmas.

Teagan showed off her drumming technique

and practiced walking with Grandma Amy

Teagan's favorite part of the evening was playing airplane with Craig.

Finally It's Official

Craig got sworn into the DC bar on Monday December 8th.
Amy, Mehdi, Dave and Molly joined Craig, Teagan and myself down at the DC court of appeals for the ceremony and then went to a great lunch at the Capitol Grill, one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at.

Family photo op. We are SO PROUD of Craig!!!

Teagan's 1st Thanksgiving

For Thanksgiving Stan, Luis and Elliot came up from New Orleans to visit. It was so nice to see them and it was amazing how big Elliot has gotten. Stan and Luis went into DC to see Tina Turner early in the week and then Craig, Teagan and I headed out to Warrenton on Weds to spend the night before Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving together.

Stan and Teagan - they stopped by on their way downtown for the concert

After a wonderful Thanksgiving we all sat down and enjoying some relaxation

Teagan took a quick nap...

and afterwards practiced her walking with Grandma Demlow.

We had a great Thanksgiving, and had a lot to be Thankful for this year.

November

We started on November with some birthday fun for me. My B-day fell on a Saturday and the weather was so nice we spent the day at a local winery that has a nice family friendly atmosphere and grounds to play on.
Craig and Teagan all smiles at the Norton winery.

Amy and Mehdi met us at the winery and then we went back to their house for some dinner and some grandbaby time.

On Sunday we went over to visit with Fawaz and Jackie and to finally see their new home.

Teagan had a great time

and even gave us a smile.
I think this might be one of my favorite picture of our little cutie =)

Craig, Teagan, and Jada all looking good.

The next weekend we got some much anticipated vistors...
Dad and Delsa came out to visit us - I mean Teagan =)
We had a great visit.
Dad, Delsa and Teagan

We went out to Warrenton so Dad and Delsa could visit with Amy and Mehdi.
Medhi enjoyed being able to feed Teagan, and Teagan (like always) was a good eater.

Bubba took his turn holding miss T

We went out to the Air and Space Museum that is at Dulles where we looked around the museum and went up to the observation tower and was able to watch the planes land and take off.
Delsa, Jim, Kourtney and myself looking out towards Reston from the Tower.

We had such a great time visiting with Dad and Delsa we were sad to see them go.
Proud Grandpa (aka Papa) with the newest of the grandbabies.

This summer right after Kourtney arrived we got her hooked on one of our favorite summer TV shows called "So You Think You Can Dance." When the season came to an end Craig got us tickets to see them in person when they toured to Baltimore. It was a great show and we hope this will become a new tradition to go every year.

Halloween

For Teagan's first Halloween Grandma Demlow made her a bee outfit, and I know that I am biased, but I think she might be the cutest bee I have ever seen. We even took her to the mall to have some photos taken. Craig, Kourtney, the photographer and myself all had a great time as Teagan smiled and posed as if she was a pro. I don't have those photos to put on line but I will try to scan one in latter.

For Halloween Christi was nice enough to have an "Under Two Party" for the munchkins. We all had a great time the kids got to play and we all got to visit with each other. Claire was such a good hostess and let all the kids play with her toys, I was very impressed.

We lined them all up for a group photo:
We had a little monkey, a little piggy, two chickens and a bee. We almost had the whole "Old McDonald had a Farm"

And we got one last picture with all the mom's and babies before we headed home so the little ones could get to bed
